Terms and Conditions for African Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil Online Hamper Giveaways

1. Eligibility:
   • The giveaway is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   • Employees of Southern Oil PTY Ltd.  its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period:
   • The entry period for the giveaway will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.
   • Entries received outside of the specified entry period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
   • To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement on designated social media platforms or online channels.
   • Each participant may only submit one entry, unless otherwise specified.
   • Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with the instructions will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
   • The prize consists of a hamper containing African Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil products and any additional items specified in the giveaway announcement.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
   • Southern Oil PTY Ltd  reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
   • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry within 48 hours of the end of the entry period.
   • If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity Release:
   • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Southern Oil PTY Ltd to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
   • The winner may be required to participate in publicity activities related to the giveaway, including but not limited to interviews and photo sessions.
7. Personal Information:
   • Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Compliance with Laws:
   • This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to South African consumer protection laws and regulations governing giveaways and promotions.
9. Modification or Termination:
   • Southern Oil PTY Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice for any reason.
10. Agreement to Official Rules:
    • Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Southern Oil PTY Ltd, which are final and binding.
